Learning Design & Curriculum Development
End-to-end design of learning programs — from Training Needs Analysis and competency mapping to full curriculum architecture, module development, and evaluation strategy.
Designing learning systems that create measurable impact — combining evidence-based instructional design with experiential methodologies to transform how organizations perform.

I believe great learning design is not about delivering content — it's about engineering the conditions for people to think, decide, and perform differently.
For over a decade, I have worked at the intersection of instructional design, organizational performance, and human development. My clients range from national banking groups and state-owned enterprises to tech startups and government agencies — organizations where the stakes of learning are real.
What makes my work distinctive is the integration of evidence-based design frameworks (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick/Phillips, Bloom's) with experiential facilitation methods — including ProPlay, the internationally certified Playmobil-based facilitation methodology I use to help teams explore complex organizational challenges through metaphorical play.
Beyond consulting, I co-founded ILD Society to elevate the profession of learning design across Indonesia, and continue to write, facilitate, and build tools that help practitioners do this work at a higher standard.
Learning is not an event — it's an architecture. My job is to make that architecture worth building.
Three integrated practices — each rooted in measurable outcomes, each available as a standalone engagement or a longer strategic partnership.
End-to-end design of learning programs — from Training Needs Analysis and competency mapping to full curriculum architecture, module development, and evaluation strategy.
High-impact facilitation using ProPlay Methodology, design thinking, and experiential approaches. Turning complex organizational challenges into tangible, discussable learning experiences.
Root-cause analysis of performance gaps, intervention design beyond training, and ROI measurement using Phillips Methodology. For organizations that need more than a workshop.
ProPlay is an internationally certified facilitation methodology that uses Playmobil figures and objects as metaphorical tools to help individuals and teams articulate complex ideas, map organizational dynamics, and surface hidden assumptions that traditional workshops can't reach.
As a certified International ProPlay Facilitator, I integrate this methodology into leadership programs, problem-solving workshops, and strategic alignment sessions — creating a unique space where participants can be both playful and profoundly insightful at the same time.
The result: deeper conversations, more honest self-reflection, and learning that transfers back to the workplace in measurable ways.
From corporate boardrooms to ProPlay tables — every engagement is a chance to turn complex challenges into shared, tangible insight.
